Terms and Conditions

Welcome to SuperNova & Co. By booking our services, you agree to the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully.

                                                1. Booking & Deposits:

• A 50% deposit is required at the time of booking to secure your event date.
   
• The remaining balance must be paid no later than 48 hours before the event.
   
• If the balance is not received within this time, your booking may be cancelled and your deposit forfeited.
   

• Deposits are non-refundable.
   
• You may reschedule your event with at least 7 days’ notice. A 20% rescheduling fee applies.
   
• Events rescheduled with less than 7 days’ notice are subject to availability and may incur additional charges.
   
• If SuperNova & Co. must cancel due to unforeseen circumstances (e.g., illness, emergency), clients may reschedule at no additional cost or receive a full refund.
   

• Party packages include travel within 20 miles of Charlotte, NC.
   
• Additional mileage is billed at $0.75 per mile (round trip).
   
• Setup requires 30 minutes prior to event start time. We prefer to set up before children arrive to maintain the magical experience.
   

• The client must provide a safe and suitable environment for the event.
   
• Adults must supervise children at all times. SuperNova & Co. staff are entertainers and facilitators, not childcare providers.
   
• The client is responsible for any damages caused to SuperNova & Co. property (costumes, props, equipment) during the event.
   

• SuperNova & Co. may take photos or videos during events for promotional use.
   
• If you prefer not to have photos or videos taken, please notify us in writing prior to the event.
   
• Clients are welcome to take their own photos and videos, provided they do not disrupt activities.
   

• SuperNova & Co. is not liable for injuries, accidents, or damages that occur during or after events.
   
• Clients are responsible for the behavior and safety of all children and guests in attendance.
   

• Community workshop pricing is based on group size and event length.
   
• Final pricing will be confirmed in writing prior to booking.
   
• Workshops must be booked by an authorized representative (school, daycare, apartment community, or event organizer).
   

• Any add-ons (extra time, glow accessories, etc.) must be confirmed and paid in advance.
   
• Last-minute add-ons are subject to availability.
   

SuperNova & Co. is not responsible for cancellations or delays due to circumstances beyond our control, including but not limited to severe weather, power outages, natural disasters, or government restrictions.
